Cupido Threads is a small business and each item is individually made. Often there are no duplicates. Items are listed and photographed as faithfully as possible, so what you see is what you will receive. Please review items carefully and if you have questions about a product, don’t hesitate to Contact Us!

♦︎ We do not currently accept returns on any items. ♦︎
This is largely for health & safety reasons and due to the custom nature of many of our products. All items are final sale.

It is our hope with Cupido Threads that you’ll love every item you purchase from us! Because we are such a small operation, we do not process refunds once an order is in production or is shipped. Please review your order carefully before placing!

Remember to inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you receive damaged goods, the wrong size or an incorrect item, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, issue, and any applicable photos. We will evaluate your issue and will either get you a replacement item or issue store credit. Cupido Threads reserves the right to honor or deny replacement of an uninsured package if it is lost in the mail or is damaged during transit.

If you have a personalized or custom order (personal text, made-to-order shirt, etc) it is not eligible for any changes, returns, or refunds. Always double check your personalized text before submitting your order. We will copy exactly what is submitted, and are not responsible if you misspell, forget something, or request it on the wrong item. If a submission needs clarification on our end, we will reach out to you for any finalizing. If this occurs however, it may delay your order completion/shipping time.

Shipping Policy & FAQ

♦︎ How long will my order take to be completed? ♦︎
Non-custom/non-personalized orders usually take 1-3 days to be packed and shipped. From there, shipping times will vary depending on the time of year/carrier volumes but most will average about a week or less.

Order packing times will vary around holidays and similar downtimes. We are not a warehouse or factory—it’s the same person making the items that is packing your order! We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Small custom or personalized orders may take 2-5 days to be produced, packed, and shipped out. Larger group order completion times will vary, and we will discuss the time required during the quoting process.

♦︎ How long will my order take to ship? ♦︎
The shipping duration is dictated by the carrier (USPS). We are not able to control shipping duration beyond which shipping class your package is mailed with. Below are the approximate shipping times for each shipping class.

USPS First Class Mail | approx. 5-7 days
This is the default shipping service for most orders made through this website, listed as ‘Flexible Shipping’.

USPS Priority Mail | approx. 1-3 days
You may purchase USPS Priority Mail as an upgrade upon checkout. Includes tracking and insurance.
